Styles & Co Accountants Limited was formed in 2002 by Les Styles who previously operated as a sole practitioner in Culcheth & enjoyed considerable success prior to the foundation of the new company. By pooling his resources with that of former partner John Ellis who has recently retired, they established a solid platform for future growth. In October 2005, they were joined by partner, Ian Lloyd, from a larger firm, and with over twenty years experience at partnership level. He specialises in advising legal clients, exit strategies and funding applications. Following John's retirement in September 2007, Ian has taken responsibility for the areas previously covered by John. As a result of the partners having different areas of expertise our clients are assured of receiving comprehensive advice in all areas of accountancy and business development.
As well as being Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors, since the merger we have further broadened our horizons by the recruitment of key individuals enabling us to provide solutions for all tax planning, accounting and financial matters.
From our Culcheth office we also provide consultancy, bookkeeping and accountancy services to individuals and businesses, in addition to advice on taxation and business growth and development.
In the years since formation, our team has grown from eight to twenty five individuals, all selected to ensure we meet the needs of our varied clients.
Our approach is to provide a friendly and personal service enabling us to achieve and develop long term relationships with our clients. Our aim is to provide this service on a timely, professional and continual basis.
