Consilium continues to provide specialist accountancy services
and support to UK contractors
Here at Styles and Co, we have recently completed our successful merger with the Manchester based firm, Consilium Accountants and Business Advisers.
Consilium has, over time, built up a very strong, experienced team of people who specialise extensively in providing accountancy services and support to a large following of UK contractors.
This experience and breadth of knowledge of the contractor market is just one of the advantages we see in joining forces with Consilium and we will build on this by providing additional resources, in the form of extra manpower and streamlined administrative systems, to the merged group.
Indeed, one of our Senior Client Service Managers, Chris Neild, a fully qualified Chartered Certified accountant with more than 10 years’ experience, is now heading up the Consilium Contractor division and he is looking to attract even more UK freelance contractors as clients over the coming months and years.
In all other regards, it will be a case of “steady as you go” for Consilium who will continue to provide contractors with all the help and assistance they need in these turbulent times.
So, if you are an existing contractor client of Consilium, there is no need for you to do anything differently. Simply continue with your current arrangement and we’ll take care of the rest for you.
The “Comprehensive” and “Premium” Contractor Accounting packages offered by Consilium will remain for all of the current Consilium clients and they will be available to new clients too.
These packages have been tried and tested over the years to give UK contractors full control over their finances.
They also provide complete peace of mind to all of our contractor clients who understand that, by having regular contact with one of our specialists here at Consilium, they are operating in a fully compliant way and making best use of any tax advantages available to them as contractors.
Regardless of the changes announced by Mr Hammond in last month’s budget, we are firmly of the opinion that there will always be a demand for the valuable service that freelance contractors provide to the UK economy and that, in turn, we will always be here to provide a valuable service to them.
